Cancellation of Order
If you wish to cancel your order before despatch, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at autobright@me.com quoting your order number in all correspondence. We will then cancel your order and issue you with a full refund for both the cost of products and delivery cost.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been despatched, all you need to do is notify us by email as soon as possible (no later than seven working days after the date of delivery). The products must be returned in an unused "as new" condition, appropriately packed, postage paid and accompanied with a copy of the sales invoice using an insured delivery service. Please obtain a proof of posting in case they are lost en route to us. When returned items have been received by us, we will cancel your order and issue you with a product refund - any postage costs paid are non-refundable

Returns
If you wish to return goods for any reason, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase within 7 working days commencing from the day after delivery.

The products must be returned in an unused "as new" condition, appropriately packed, postage paid and accompanied with a copy of the sales invoice using an insured delivery service. Damaged Goods
On delivery please check all goods for damage and note any outer damage on the carrier's paperwork before signing for acceptance, as once goods have been signed for, we cannot accept liability for damage (unless such damage is not visible from outer packaging), since a clean signature invalidates any claim against the carrier.

Should goods be lost in transit and we have received confirmation of loss from the carrier, we will replace free of charge or refund.

We will replace or refund (as appropriate) any goods damaged in transit , where goods have been obviously damaged or received in an unsatisfactory condition, provided we receive photographic evidence and written notification of such damage within 2 days of delivery and have been signed for as such.

On receipt of goods, please check your order against the enclosed invoice. Any shortages must be notified to us, preferably by email, within 48 hours of receipt of goods otherwise no liability can be accepted. The packing and contents must be retained for inspection.
